CycloPlus™ Cyclone Particulate Collector

CycloPlus Collectors feature an advanced cyclone design that offers high retained solid particulate collection as either a primary or pre-cleaning particulate removal or recovery device. Units are available in single through eight clustered parallel configurations and abrasion resistant materials to handle gas volumes from 100 through 80,000 cfm.

Baghouse Dust Collector

Bionomic’s Series 10000 baghouse dust collectors are offered in sizes ranging from 100 acfm to as large as required. These collectors feature a modular design and are available in various width arrangements for flexibility in meeting specific space requirements.

The cleaning pulse air train includes large heavy-duty diaphragm valves, solenoid valves, and blowpipes which are provided with a timer controller for pulse duration and interval frequency adjustments. This combination of air train components and optimized control parameters is based on our 45 years work experience with baghouse dust collectors which results in substantially lower compressed air consumption than for conventional units.

Bionomic’s fabric filter elements consist of chemical resistant materials including NOMEX and glass for high-temperature service. The gas inlet for the fabric filter is provided with a baffled arrangement, engineered to preclude direct impingement of dust particles into the filter bags, and to distribute the gas flow evenly.

Standard features of design include hoppers, dust discharge valves and/or screw conveyors, clean-air plenums, access ladders, catwalks, and structural supports to meet stringent wind and seismic conditions. Optional instruments and accessories include flow aid, level detector, bag leak detector, air compressor, differential pressure gauge, etc.
