Electrical Programming & Control Systems

An integrated control system, whether designing for a new or existing application, is the most effective way to improve & enhance any complex industrial process. A well designed control system not only ensures safety, but also increased efficiencies and reliability, while allowing for precise control and monitoring of critical operating parameters.

All Bionomic control panels and junction boxes are custom-built using the highest quality components, meeting the latest NEC and Industry standards. From new builds to upgrades and retrofits, our control systems utilize the latest programmable logic controllers (PLC’s), human-machine interface (HMI’s), and remote monitoring capabilities. Bionomic control systems are designed to meet a wide range of varying operational demands, while limiting operator oversight.

Prior to shipment, Bionomic’s team conducts a factory acceptance test (FAT) on all control equipment and functions. The software and instrumentation are programmed with parameter set points such as flow, temperature, pH, conductivity, and pressure, as determined by process inlet conditions and variables. Additionally, our field commissioning team can ensure all critical targets are met for a site acceptance test (SAT).

Every industrial application has unique challenges and specific operating parameters. The best way to ensure safe and efficient operation of your production lines and air pollution control equipment, is to invest in a Bionomic control system. Our engineering team has decades of experience customizing solutions to improve a variety of manufacturing and plant processes.

Highlights of Control System Include:

  • Thermocouples and/or RTD’s, which feedback the gas and liquid temperatures to the control system for automatic regulation.
  • Level sensors detect the liquid level in the tanks. These signals are used to modulate control valves and maintain level set points as well as provide alarms and/or system shutdown.
  • Flow sensors measure liquid flow rates in the system. These signals are used to modulate control valves and maintain flow set points as well as provide alarms and/or system shutdown.
  • Pressure and differential pressure sensors monitor system pressure in the liquid and gas. Pressure instrumentation helps to ensure proper & efficient system function and protect the components.
  • Conductivity, pH, ORP, and other sensors are used to monitor the chemistry within the system and control corresponding components & equipment as necessary to remain within operating parameters. This ensures that the system performs as expected.
  • All features are independently controlled and easily adjustable to operating conditions. Bionomic control systems offer precise and guaranteed performance.
